SERVE OPPORTUNITIES: 

MEAL NIGHT | MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS, FRIDAYS | 6:30PM-9:00PM 
In the evening on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, we are able to serve our guests experiencing homelessness with a hot meal inside our Dream Center building. Our teams are able to meet guests where they are, providing food, prayers, and HOPE right inside the Dream Center doors. 

BREAKFAST | MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, FRIDAYS | 8:30AM-10:30AM
Our breakfast team prepares and serve a hot breakfast to go every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and Friday while focusing on sharing the gospel and HOPE with those who join us. 

SHOWER + LAUNDRY | TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS | 8:30AM-10:30AM
Every Tuesday and Wednesday, our guests are able to use our facility for a hot shower or laundry service and our volunteers build strong relationships with those who come while helping do laundry and prep for showers. 

STREET OUTREACH | MONDAYS, TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS | 6:30PM-9:00PM
On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, teams go out on high street and to camps around Columbus with meals and resources to meet those experiencing homelessness right where they are.

Minors under the age of 18 are welcome to serve at Meal Night and Breakfast serve opportunities so long as they are with a parent or guardian.

As a volunteer the Columbus/Delaware Dream Center (“Organization”), it is understood that You may come into contact with certain nonpublic information pertaining to the organization and/or other organizations controlled, owned, operated, or affiliated with same, as well as personal information pertaining to individuals that attend the organization (“Confidential Information”). You will have access to such Confidential Information to the extent access is necessary for the fulfillment of Your duties as a Dream Center volunteer. Access to such information may come in many forms, including but not limited to, oral, written, and electronic information, data, documents, files, and/or records. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, You acknowledge and agree that access and use of any and all Confidential Information will be treated as strictly confidential and limited only to the fulfillment of Your duties as a Dream Center volunteer. “Confidential Information” includes, without limitation, economic, commercial, marketing, operational, managerial, and financial information that is confidential or proprietary in nature for the Dream Center, as well as any personal information pertaining to individuals that attend the organization, including, without limitation, home addresses, telephone numbers, e-mails, and any nonpublic information about any such individuals. “Confidential Information” does not include information which: (a) is generally available to the public as a result of disclosure by the organization; (b) was available to you on a non-confidential basis prior to its disclosure to you by the organization; or (c) becomes available to you on a non-confidential basis from a source other than the organization.

One of the conditions to your service as a Dream Center volunteer is the execution and delivery of this Agreement. Accordingly, in consideration of the foregoing and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, you hereby represent, warrant, and agree with the organization as follows:

1. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any Confidential Information and that no part of said information shall be disclosed by you, except as otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement. You further agree that access to and use of any Confidential Information will be strictly limited to the fulfillment of Your duties as a Dream Center volunteer.

2. You may disclose Confidential Information as required by law. Under such circumstances, you shall promptly deliver written notice of such requirements to the Dream Center's Pastor and give the organization a reasonable opportunity to seek, if it so desires, a protective order to prevent or limit disclosure of the Confidential Information.

3. You acknowledge and agree that any breach of this Agreement will cause irreparable harm and injury to the organization for which money damages would be an inadequate remedy. Therefore, you agree that the organization, in addition to any other remedies, shall be entitled to an injunction to prevent breaches of this Agreement and/or to compel specific performance of this Agreement, and that You will not oppose the granting of such relief. You shall reimburse the Dream Center for all costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) incurred in enforcing this Agreement.

4. This Agreement is governed by Ohio law and may be amended only by written instrument executed by the parties. This Agreement is not limited in duration by its terms.

The participant (or parent/guardian if participant is a minor) acknowledges and accepts the risks of physical injury or personal property damage that could occur while volunteering with the Columbus Dream Center. I (or parent/guardian) accept personal financial responsibility for any bodily/personal injury sustained during volunteering as well as any personal property damage. Furthermore, the participant (or parent/guardian) releases and agrees to hold harmless the Columbus Dream Center and its representatives from any liability, injury, damage loss, accidents, delay or irregularity related to the undersigned individuals volunteering with the Columbus Dream Center.

I grant full permission and authority to Columbus/Delaware Dream Center and their representatives to photograph myself and to use, publish, and release for publications such photos. Photos taken by Columbus/Delaware Dream Center may be used for Columbus/Delaware Dream Center publicity or other purposes without remuneration or other considerations.
